Susan Packer and Carlos Silver were a pleasure to deal with. From the moment my husband and I walked in Susan was so welcoming she showed us around and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. She was not pushy and didn’t rush us she only wanted to help us find something we loved. After we fell in love with our Acura MDX 2022 she introduced us to Carlos the finance guy. Carlos was so friendly and made the whole process seamless. We could not have been happier! Before I drove off with the car Susan sat with me to explain the features and make sure I was comfortable driving home. She even followed up the next day to check in. Exceptional employees an exceptional service! I will be referring anyone i know to visit Susan and Carlos! Thank you both for everything!

What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous. This is my third Acura in a row, and I know when it's time for the next one, I'll drive the extra miles to deal with this awesome dealership !! Thank you Freddy, Tito and Carlos the superhero !! I love my Open Road Acura A-spec !!

Fantastic staff from the top down!!! Can't give my Saleswoman Suanne Parker enough praise, she made the entire process quick and painless!! And the guys in the finance side Freddy was amazing hats off this guy for going above and beyond to help me outta of a jam. Everyone made us feel like family and will be only buying my cars from here for now on

This dealership is awesome, special thanks to Raymond Lee, he made this a smooth, no pressure sales transaction. He addressed all our concerns, took care of the details and got everything ready for pick-up. Meeting with their finance manager Tito was another plus, no additional sales tactics during our interaction. Totally professional.
