New, but very basic infrastructure like normal college, could be difficult during break as it has only one toilet per floor (one person at a time). Parking definitely a big challenge as road side parking is considered illegal and always subject to fine. No drinking water, please bring your own water.

The enrollment process was smooth and quick. The staff was very informative and friendly. Looking forward to beginning my intake in January. Although, I must deduct 1 star for parking. I do realise the place is small and beside a busy road. However, since this is a learning center with many students present, especially on a weekend, it would benefit them to invest in a parking area/lot to accommodate those with cars.
Inside the building is good. But getting there, the parking of its own (none available), nearby amenities...got so much to be improved.
