Treated very very well these people made my year. I got into a 2017 QX30 and am over the moon. I felt comfortable and listened to. At no point did the staff give me a vibe that other dealerships where I test drove vehicles. I dealt with Jason and would highly recommend him or Paul to deal with if your sick of being treated like The whole experience was top notch
Great customer service from Chadwick in the service department! I had taken my q50s to Morrey Nissan just before and they said my rear brakes were at 3mm (needed replacement soon) , and I needed my alignment done. Open road Infiniti measured 5mm and told me my alignment was fine as I suspected. Chadwick was also able to waive the fee to have my ECM reprogrammed. I feel I can trust the service team here. Thank you Chadwick and tech team, you saved me hundreds of dollars.
An amazing experience from start to finish! I visited all the way from Vancouver and did not regret it at all. The team there was phenomenal from the general manager to the finance manager (Agnes). Everything was smooth and time efficient. Overall 10/10, come and let them go beyond your expectations.
