Non-existing customer service. No way to contact them in modern times (only expensive phone calls - 2 CHF fee per contact).

Unfortunately I had to cancel my credit cards as a result of the poor service and the totally unstable app for iOs. If the app would be better, I would consider keeping the cards.

Worst online experience ever. Thousands of different numbers. If you activate mobile you overwrite your online account etc.

Topcard service is very bad.. smartphone app is far to be convivial, first identification needs close sent by mail, usually this code is no more valid when you receive the mail.. login failure is blocking immediately your account so you need to ask for a new code.. the web site is totally unfriendly. The phone call, not for support but for trying to solve Topcard issues will cost you CHF1.90.. after blocking my card (I cancelled my account), I was unable to pay the balance on my card... I requested for electronic statement: impossible... I said ok for a paper invoice, the only way to close my balance, I was charged CHF 1.95 for the paper invoice... a disaster!

Worst Service i ever got from a Card Service like this outdated application calling several numbers with the same name so just try and luck to get your account activated took me 1 month to get it done. Help desk waiting in the line for 9 min then just kicked me out the second time i waited for 32min just to get the information they can't help. Stopped this nightmare just after 1.5 month.
