I am a new patient and was very impressed with how well the office visit went. There was no wait time, everyone was pleasant and professional. The eye exam with Dr. Coats was thorough. They helped me pick out my glasses with patience. Today for my glasses fitting, when I needed fast service to get back to work, they went out of their way to hurry me through. Much appreciated.n

Dr. Coates and his team are friendly, skilled professionals. Dr. Coates is a wonderful opthalmologist!! I have used this practice regularly for years and he and his team provide top notch care. They are effecient at scheduling and rarely is there ever any wait. They take all the time you need and assist you with your eye glass selection if you want the help (amazingly patient during this process!!!). The office staff work well with Dr. Coates and with one another. The whole practice has a really welcoming attitude and atmosphere. And their insurance person (thank you, thank you, thank you) goes out of her way to make sure that you get the most of your benefits even when she has to search to find your insurance with little information. They are the BEST!

Not only are wait times minimal and staff efficient and friendly, but Dr. Geoffrey Schwartz is outstanding. He performed glaucoma and cataract surgeries on both my eyes with great results, and his quarterly follow-ups are conducted with precision and care. Most highly recommended.
