Disappointed! Prices went up by 50c and the burgers got smaller. Had the choice of 3 types of buns but was not told that I would then be charged 1.50 extra for choosing anything other than the original... Paid 1 extra for a Large meal and all I got was a few chips with it. If I hadn't also bought the chicken wings I would have thought this was an overpriced chicken burger from one of their competitors.

Average, I have had better at other venues. The service however was very good and friendly.

Should change the name from Pulled Chicken to Plastic Chicken. Grilled chicken is obviously been grilled days before, tastes plasticky and hard. I reckon this also happens in other branches but in Penrith I have been unlucky twice. Pulled chicken bowl is really good if everything is fresh which unfortunately happened just 3 out of 10 times to me in all Oporto branches.

They put too much mayo on burger even when you ask for "Just a little mayo please." Don't like squishy wet burgers.

They asked my name for the order but called the burger's name when it was ready. And I doubt that even the girl could hear herself. She was so quiet. They gave us re-heated chips and the patties were extremely small. Not the Oporto standard we're used to see.
