Brannon was exceptional to work with in the sale of my mother's house. It was a small property, but I felt like he gave it the same attention as he would have a large (more money-making) property. There were five heirs also, which makes his job harder, and he was patient as I had to always consult with them before I could make decisions. He handled some parts of it for me that I would have found difficult to do. He was very good about staying in touch, returning calls, and answering my questions. He also talked to my brothers when they had questions. I don't think we could have had a better realtor. I highly recommend him! Added to that, Cindy Ellison is a great asset to the company. She handles all the \little\ details (which aren't little at all). She is prompt at responding and good about staying in touch and answering questions. She was patient with us and we very much appreciated her help!
