Wonderful quaint place. View from room were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were courteous, it's a family run place, made us feel like at home. Food was excellent not very expensive as well.

Rooms were okay. WiFi is good and was helpful since mobile network is weak there. Breakfast was decent. Was from 8:30 to 10:00. 2 of us went at 9:15 and many items were over. Was too expensive compared to the facilities offered. Not recommended unless you have an offer or so.

We were looking for a hotel in the middle of the forest, not close to any town. This was a perfect choice. The restaurant serves very fresh and authentic local cusine. I loved the deer stew and the fresh water fish on the menu. The water falls close by offers very beautiful views and some small to big walking trials around. The room was clean, beautiful view from the balcony, affordable mini bar, the sound of the small stream of water flowing by, everything was there to have a perfect time .

Great place to stay, friendly family run, great for motorbikes with garage and spare tools. Very helpful, and they give you a pass for free bus and train journeys. Brilliant when it rained, went to Mummelsee for nothing! Bring gnat spray!!!

Please be wary of this place. The people are not straight and definitely not transparent. They are only interested in money. They don’t care about hospitality or making it a comfortable or good experience for weary travellers. There’s a lot of great places in the area and I’d suggest that if you do t want to ruin your holiday then go some place in the area. Why risk even one bad experience.

Tolle und ruhige Lage - man kann direkt von hier zu den Wasserfällen wandern. Unbedingt machen. Saubere und gepflegte Zimmer. Das Essen fanden wir sehr gut. Terrasse bietet schönen Blick. Personal ist sehr freundlichen.

Ein großes Dankeschön und Lob an die Köchin und an den netten Kellner. Unser Essen (Wild) war total lecker, die Sauce unglaublich gut. Wir kommen wieder, haltet durch in dieser schweren Corona-Zeit.
