Seems to be quite nice at first, but when I didn't want to upgrade from a soft lens to a hard lens package (after paying the initial money to trial them, he demanded more money from me - which I'd already paid but he wouldn't believe me, as they had not noted it down that I had paid... He even insulted me and made me out to be a liar). He did apologise in the end, but it was a very unpleasant experience for me. Thank god I paid with bankcard and could prove it. Keep your receipts with this place!
