My glasses broke when I was on vacation in Munich, based on reviews we dropped in hoping for them to fix my glasses, as I can't read without them....they said they could do a temporary fix until we got home to Canada...it took all of 10 minutes and they refused any payment...very kind and great service!! I highly recommend them!!

Just perfect service. First time they just fixed my broken frame for free. Second time they exchanged glasses for a super fair price. Quantity of available products in the shop is limited but still worth to come here. Recommended!

I was there a week ago. Very friendly, they speak english and helped me at their best to help me choose new frame for me. They definitely know that customer satisfaction is important. However the eye measurement process was not correct the first time, but we solved the problem afterwards. They offer you free drinks when you wait in the line. They are always prepared to refund if you have a problem. Would highly recommend this optics.

I recently visited Munich as a tourist. On the flight over I had damaged my eyeglasses. (I have rimless glasses, and the nosepiece had become detached from one of the lenses.) My first business in Munich was therefore to visit an Optiker. The service at Optik Vogel was friendly and fast. I walked in at 09:30 without an appointment and my glasses were repaired while I waited, about half an hour.
