My on going care with Pritesh & their Hygienist is wonderful. 100% recommend Optima Dental Care. Service quality & friendliness is excellent across Dentists, Hygienist, Nurses & Reception. Pritesh has a wonderful chair side manner and a set-up with screen and headphones for relaxing distraction. So relaxed, almost feel asleep in the chair and Pritesh also has near painless injections. The work he has done changes my life for the better, a scary (for me) situation was taken and made into a reassuring journey. Have attended Optima since they started in High Wycombe (before that, I went to the surgery they took on when the dentist retired, since I was 6 years old). Location is excellent; easy access from station, central car parks or on foot. I come a long way to attend this surgery, as the quality and care justifies it. Thank you Optima.

I went their for the first time. I wasnt impressed with their customer service. Both receptionist were supposedly doing something. They did have the decency to acknowledge my present till after a few minutes. I decided if this is how they treat their customers. Jo thank you. I rather give my money to someonelse. Would suggest some customer training.
