This company is garbage. You can never get a hold of them so they leave you stranded without your medication for days on end. The nurse constantly either forgets or refuses to order me my meds that are under controlled substances despite having no history of drug abuse. The staff all look overworked and are stressed to the point it’s obvious for clients to see. And I’ve heard the staff talking bad about each other. Leave the drama at home that is so unprofessional. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the guy who actually prescribes my meds as he is intelligent and very good at describing my meds to me. The rest of the place needs shutdown.
