So far been going sense November of 2020 and is been going really good and safe. Everyone at the gym mind there business and everyone has been very friendly. The staff dont bother you at all just require to always wear your mask and clean every machine and equipment you use. Great gym thank you Option 1

Best gym in town! Super clean and accessable. Read the contract, standard issue. As soon as you walk in, you can see all of the engineering controls in place to exceed the COVID guidelines for protecting all who enter. Great effort! Keep up the good work, Option 1!!
Option 1 Fitness is more of a personal Gym, no crowds, no waiting for equipment, no non-sense. Very decent, Cross Fit equipment, free weights, machines, plenty of treadmills, and bicycles.
I go at 11 at night usually. The gym is always clean, well maintained and comfortable. I love the 24 hour option. Never overly crowded, even when I have gone during the daytime. Great place to stay in shape!
