Very very very expensive,you can check online prices for all the frames and find at least 50% difference. To get my bill i waited for 45 minutes and at the end I could not get a bill. On behavioural part staff was pleasant and helpful to me. So next time if One visits them one should ask for at least 40% discount and check online and talk to them about the prices and buy from them and if they don’t agree Bangalore has thousands of other good optical stores.

We were promised 1 year warranty on the fling frame and when the frame broke within a year they have doubled the frame price as they would have to replace and are expecting us to pay almost the full amount again. The attitude of the staff and the owner is also very rude and the warranty period offered by this store had absolutely no meaning.

Very poor after service and their conduct and prices change when you produce bill and ask for replacement within warranty period. Even in replacement they quoted higher price so that they still earn the difference. On expressing our unhappiness with their service, were told that they don't mind losing one customer. Such arrogance.

Dear all Please do understand difference between warranty and guarantee .. warranty cover manufacturing defects not breakage .. No where in world u have guarantee for breakage and personal damage . No optical product comes with guarantee bcoz all of em tend to break with little mishandling . Sorry we couldn’t help u with it .
