Customer service is the best. Multiple issues with my sun glasses, they fixed it all with out cost to me. They really did not have to do that. Got all my optimetric business from now on. Had to wait 53 minutes past my appointment time. I had waited along time previously, so I called before my appointment to see if they were running on schedule, but no one answered the phone or responded to my email. Once I saw the optometrist, she was very efficient and came up with a good plan to help.

This was my first visit to this office. What a great experience! The staff was very courteous, and professional. The moment I walked in the door, I knew this wasn't your average, typical, \eyeglass place\!. A warm, friendly atmosphere surrounded by knowledgeable, yes I said \ knowledgeable\ employees! The most thorough examination I've had on my eyes in years, and to top it off, the Dr explained my vision challenges in detail. I couldn't have asked for a better visit. Thanks guys for showing what true customer satisfaction is!
