Dr. Amin is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, Dr. Amin was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Amin to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had.

This is the most unprofessional dental service which misleading staff, especially Mrs Mandeep Khanuja. I called to book an appointment and my aim to go was to obtain a dental clearance certificate for braces . She said I can book an appointment and obtain the certificate but when I went there she denied it and said clearance certificates are not provided at this facility. She said I can obtain braces only from this clinic and they will not provide clearance certificate in general. So basically she booked my appointment and took my appointment fees just to SAY NO. She was so unprofessional she did not even close the room door while doing the check up. And she herself came to reception to take the payment Never going there again. Good luck to you

Kindly don’t say that my review is unfair. It’s honest, unprejudiced and based completely on what I experienced at the clinic and the (mis)behaviour of the staff. Secondly, my booked appointment was for 6 PM (03/24/2021) but I got multiple calls from the dentist Mandeep Khanuja asking me to come in earlier. I was a new patient at the clinic but I was not even given the chance to fill in any forms. The dentist did a quick examination and did not even close the room door while doing so which made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Then she herself came out at the reception to make the transaction and invoice, i.e the dentist was the acting receptionist too WHILE THE ACTUAL RECEPTIONIST WAS PRESENT THERE. Her attitude was cold, unhelpful and unyielding. Kindly tell me in which world is this professional conduct? Thirdly, you are mistaken when you assume a treatment plan was laid out for me. There was NO mention of any treatment plan. Her exact words were “Even if everything is alright, I will still not be able to give you a clearance certificate as they are not provided at this facility “ BEFORE SHE EVEN EXAMINED ME. I was straight away denied a clearance certificate. The process of getting one issued (like you have explained in the comment) was not explained to me AT ALL. I was not even told what concerns she found with my teeth. Plus, the dentist told me to email the third party and ask them what was wrong with my teeth and what she needed to examine. THEN WHY WAS I CHARGED AT YOUR FACILITY? If you want to discuss it further, give me a call
