This is a great company to do business with. I seen reviews of other property owners complaining that they are not notified of vacancies and what not but was that in the contract or agreement when you hired them? Or did they agree to fill the vacancies as they arise? They always follow thru with what they promised in the beginning when the contract for hire was signed

Possibly the worst property management company in history. They have a reputation in the industry (with lawsuits to back it up) for being unreliabe thieves who take full advantage whenever possible. They have multiple (backup) companies set up for that reason. So, steer clear of anything or anyone associated with Malico Watson. You've been warned ...

Horrible Customer Service. This company never calls back or communicates where you are in the application process. Have been trying to view an apartment for 3 weeks now with absolutely no progress. Can only imagine what landlord interaction would be like. Would not recommend this headache at all.

They don't let you even view a property unless you go online and fill out an application. You have to provide all of your personal information and income information complete with proof & documentation just to view a property. An application process is absolutely standard in many situations AFTER you view the property and decide you want to move forward, but making people fill out an application with all of their personal information including SS# before they can even see the inside of the property is very fishy.
