I had an emergency at my home after 5pm no one ever called me back and there was no emergency contact number I live at home with a small child who we both could have been in danger and when I finally got in touch with someone the next morning she told me she had no one to come help me after I spend hundreds of dollars on their product! Not a call back or offering of any help. Any oil company that doesn’t have a 24 hour emergency line is ridiculous!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company bc they clearly will not be there in the time of need.

Way Cheaper than the so called \Full Service\ Oil Companies. Orange energy is a COD (Call on Demand) Oil Company. Meaning when you need it, you call and they deliever at a far, far lower rate (and everyone gets the same rate). I have been a customer for 3 years after the other company I used raise my price to rediculous levels after my introductory year. No problems with them yet

Orange Energy is the absolute best ... always there when they say they will be...always willing to accommodate as far as payment. The delivery guy bobs and weaves through the obstacle course that is my garage...and he doesn't disrupt a thing! And the prices are waaaay better than most oil companies. All this after delightful conversations with the ladies, who are quick to laugh, quick to call back when you leave a message, and always polite and respectful ... a rarity these days. Next season, call Orange Energy! And no ... I don't work for them!
Orange energy serviced my boiler for many years. When my boiler needed repair in the summer they are too busy installing pools. \24hrs\ service tech will not call you back. Inexpensive service but I guess you get what you pay for!
