Called 25 mins ago . Was told to hold on immediately upon answering . I waited . The man didn’t mute me and i sat here n listened to him joke n talk for 20 mins. He hangs up with his buddy and I’m like hello hello hello i finally hang up and then call back and it’s a busy signal as if he unplugged the phone . I called back 6 times with 5 mins in between . Why run a service if you DONT want or need customers .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I cannot express enough how professional, considerate, understanding BJ is. He’s the best mechanic in the entire Jacksonville. I had all sorts of problems and he fixed each and everyone and got it in perfect running condition for a great price. I don’t trust anyone working on my cars besides him.
