My husband had an issue with his eye and needed immediate attention. Dr. Jacob Hodges got him in right away and diagnosed him with a scratch on his cornea, immediately getting him scheduled with a specialist to get the issue repaired. Can't thank him enough for the quick response and attention!

This is an update to my previous review. I received a personal call from the owner of this business and we had a long talk. He is clearly focused on trying to do the right thing, so despite my previous problems with his business, I am adjusting my review because I have confidence that he is going to truly improve his business and am also confident that if you have any problem with this business, you have recourse for correcting it through engagement with the owner. So despite my previous issues and negative recommendation, after talking to the owner, I do recommend giving this business a chance. They truly have the best collection of frames in our area, many different providers and a large support staff, as well as a very nice facility. My previous issue was that some of the employees were rude and unhelpful, although at least one of them was very nice and professional, so I do not want to label all of them negatively. The prices are not cheap, but with insurance, it is not much different than other top providers. Give them a chance and if you have a problem, immediately ask to talk to the owner - he is very focused on professional service and is helpful. Let's give these guys another try and see how it goes. I'll update this review the next time I use their services.

I Had my eye exam about a week ago but i forgot to write my review. I've heard bad things from the banding location so i decided to go to the park ave location instead. The staff was that they had on that Thursday morning was very polite and professional. Dr. Jacobs was a real pleasure. He was professional in the way he acted and knowledge. There was a little issue with the printing of my prescription, but the staff was quick and swift to resolve the problem. I was kind of confused as to why there wasn't any relatively new reviews regarding this establishment. I'm assuming it's because people are more eager to post their reviews if they've experienced a good or bad time. I just wish the other location on Blanding was as good as this one (it's closer).

I had been going to this place for few years now. They always had good customer service but today my doctor, Dr. Bowman and Leslie provide me with excellent service. Leslie was very helpful with my new glasses, explaining to me small details that I did not know for the price that I paid. It was a very good experience and I am very happy with the service and looking forward to get my new glasses soon.
