Had set up an appointment with Mark Murphy/Service Advisor for transmission service and an oil change. Upon my arrival, he had my paper work ready and discussed the work to be done. He said he would have my vehicle completed before noon as I had to wait instead of returning later to pick up. My vehicle was completed by 11:30 am and I was on my way back to Brunswick, GA. They had also washed my vehicle. I am completely satisfied with the work and professional attitude displayed by Mark. As a \picky\ truck owner, I felt Mark knew exactly what was needed with my 8-speed transmission. I would recommend Mark and Gordon Chevrolet to anyone.
