They are very unprofessional the first car I got from this lot said on fire less than five hours of leaving the lot they never gave us an extra car to move around in after taking all of our money while waiting on the insurance company to cover the car they gave us that set on fire so me and my girl had to walk for 30 days after paying them all our money their cars are terrible the second car I got from them the spark plugs were falling apart inside of the engine lights were coming on everywhere the car smell like fuel the old two sensor had to be changed the brakes were no good and it's a Kia Rio I don't and would not refer anyone to this car lot if you're going to purchase a car from them be careful they are scam artists with bad lemon cars that look good on the outside but work like trash on the inside

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they fixed the fuel pump in the car after it died 20 minutes after purchasing the vehicle. They have had my license plate for a MONTH and it's nowhere in sight, with no updates in regards to when I will have it. They aren't giving me another paper tag, and the one currently on the vehicle is expiring tomorrow. When I went there to ask about it, I was immediately met with an attitude by the lady who handles the license plates. They both said they have no control over when they get the tag due to the pandemic, yet they changed their story after I asked again and said they could have gotten it to me by now if I brought the license plate to them sooner. When I called them out on that and their attitudes, their stories changed yet again. So it looks like I have to drive around on an expired tag and get points on my license/pay tickets when I get pulled over becuase it's my only vehicle.

Bought a Mazda 6 on Saturday, put a down payment on it. literally 1 day later it’s smoking, and won’t start. Had to get it towed. Will add details later depending on how the situation is handled but right now things are looking bleak.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away!! Crooks!! They sold me a salvage truck and gave a paper stating the timing belt was changed and it wasn't! A yr later after buying this "Honda Ridge line" the timing belt broke, it wrapped around the crank shaft, cause my motor not turn on! I had to replace the motor. This is when I found out I had a salvage truck! Then they come with the story I was notified!! They are liars exactly that! So make sure you get someone to diagnosed the car before you buy it. Look them up it doesn't cost much. Its better than given these people your money and be out of a car!! Let me add, prior to the,timing belt breaking, I had to replace the alternator as well. All this within the year. Honda Ridgeline 2008. Ruuuun!!!

I BOUGHT a pontiac sunfire and within 4 days the frame was busted the wheel bearings was trash don't buy here i'm filing a compliant because as a single mom of 3 i refuse to allow this place to do this to me the remedy for this is to give me my 978 back they refuse that's ok my lawyer will e next along with the news i'm not a dumb floridian i'm from new york hunny prepared to be sued ! you sold me a death trap
