The woman with the bedazzled mask was so nice and extremely helpful. I think her name started with an S. She saw my fumbling around with my box and offered her help which was greatly appreciated. She was awesome! What great staff!

I accidentally put the shipping labels on the wrong packages and didn’t realize until about an hour later . So I called and a nice lady found my packages out of the big blue box and switched the labels for me! Saving so many a big headache . To me that is 5 star service ! Thank you!

I have never experienced anything like this place in any business anywhere! They won't deliver mail because of my landladys dog I get that. But, several different people have told the 3 people who live here and NEED THEIR MAIL different stories that makes me wonder if anyone there knows what they are actually in business for! One says we can no longer get our mail period, another hands or over with no comment. While another tells me how the dog got out, about 20 stories now. The very next day, we got mail delivered! The next... "Nope can't even pick it up anymore"! Talk to each other and figure out what you're doing please!!! You're the United States Postal Service for crying out loud! Get it together!
Employees are extremely rude and unfriendly.
Excellent service today by Kevin at the Orangevale Post Office! We had to secure three passports and the experience was much better than any I have received at other service locations. He was quick and courteous throughout our visit. While there we were able to experience a genuine respect and congeniality by Kevin and other postal workers to all patrons who were there. Keep up the great work!
