We are out of lockdown and still this restaurant does not allow use of the bathroom for customers, which means we needed to enter another establishment for bathrooms. This is just unnecessary. Also ordered a lettuce wrapped teen burger with no cheese or bacon(I have a dairy allergy) Opened it in the car as we left.... had cheese and bacon. I understand that there is a lot of stress these days but it was not busy at all and these types of mistakes are just not necessary.

I rate this location 4.7 Stars Service-5 Food-5 Drive thru-5 Dining room-5 Washroom-3.5 GO A&W!!! So, I just want to start off by saying thank you A&W! One of the first things I noticed when I walked into the dining room was your 100% compostable straws. With the amount of single use plastic‘s in our world already, it’s nice to see you guys taking charge and converting over to products that don’t harm our planet. I gave the service a 5 because when we had a misunderstanding in the drive-through,(my mistake for not reading the screen) the lady(Harmandeep) that took my order, was MORE than happy to make it right. She had asked me if I wanted cheese and bacon and my reply was, “on both”. She thought I said “No”. (I was NOT charged for it. I should have looked at the screen to see the order) I decided to go inside so that I could have a look at the dining room for my review. The staff was extremely friendly and added the bacon and cheese to my burgers, at no extra cost. While I waited, I had a walk around the restaurant and appreciated how clean it was. It was great seeing all the pictures from the past and the history of A&W. as well, I noticed in a tray, some mugs with root beer. So awesome that they still serve their famous root beer(made with natural cane sugar) in frosted glass mugs. My burgers were so juicy and tender! I decided to eat them in the dining room. And even ended up grabbing an extra burger for the road. The only reason the washroom got the lower rating, was because it was a little dark and could maybe use an updated look. Thank you A&W! You really made my stomach happy today.
Absolutely disgusting! Burger was cold and the onion rings had hardly no batter on it. It’s not the same anymore. Will not be eating at any locations from thus day forward! Beyond beef . Lies!!!!
The building inside and outside looks very dirty and not suitable to sell food. The drive through service was good but seriously the building looks like a dump.
A&W never disappoints. We stopped here in Orangeville on a road trip for a bite - great combo deals to be found online, two teen combos for about 12. The food came very fast and hot, lived the touch of the mini fry baskets. The burgers were delicious but what really stood out was the friendliness and humor of the staff both at the counter and drive through. They joked around with us and made us feel at home. The poor young lady at the drive through was wearing a toque and mittens because it was so cold, but laughed about it with us with a smile while still serving her customers. The restaurant was also very clean, as well as the restrooms. You'll be satisfied with this location
