Terrible service!! They would not let my 89-year-old Father upgrade his broken phone because his passport was expired. He no longer drives, so his Passport and his health card are his only ID. He now has no phone. He lives in a rural community and getting a ride into Orangeville was hard enough. They could clearly see it was him on the passport, they could also see that he is turning 90 YEARS old. This is unacceptable service during a pandemic, and to add this stress to a senior! They should be ashamed of themselves!

Great service. I must commend Best Buy Orangeville. Their service level has definitely leveled-up! I recently did a big transaction that required a few changes and I was very impressed with the way in which it was handled. Kudos to the young guy who provided excellent service, even though he was still in training!

The staff in this store are an exceptional group of kids who are overly nice. The reason for the 1 star review is because of the most unacceptable way I have ever been treated. While I am not here to bad mouth an otherwise phenominal store the (to my knowledge) store manager Surgay gave me such a horrendous experience and he knows what he did and I wanted him to read this to see that I put in a formal complaint in with head office and with his superiors (because I have worked for this company so long I know many of them) and I sincerely hope you think twice before making rude assumptions about customers with money and pride in the business jerks like him are ruining.

I was browsing new cell phone options earlier in the day at the Orangeville location a couple of weeks ago, after speaking with the associate selling phones I opted to review buying direct from Bell. Coincidentally my phone stoped working that same day. I decided I was going to require a phone sooner than later so I travelled 30 minutes back to BestBuy to purchase a new cell phone. The store closed at 5pm this day and I arrived about 15-20 minutes prior too. The associate I initially spoken to informed me that she couldn’t assist because the process would take longer than the time between when I arrived to when the store closed. Keep in mind I was going to purchase a 1500 phone on the spot plus a case, screen protector and potentially warranty. I was turned away. Unfortunately by this time most other stores were also closed. I went to Bell directly the following morning and purchased the phone and required accessories all in under 15 minutes I might add. The Bell staff were courteous, effective and efficient and also confirmed that the sales person at Best Buy wasn’t very well informed. Most other Best Buy shopping experiences have been good ones but this one left me with a bad taste.

Pretty good service, and good selection, but don't buy a phone here. if you ever have problems in the future you can't deal with the cell company you have to go to best buy, and the warranty sucks.
