Excellent Customer Service! Chase was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with all my questions. I also spoke with store manager, Marcie, and she was super helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. After hours of online shopping and dealing with various office supply stores, it became an easy decision to be loyal to Staples in Orangeville simply due to the customer service. While I ultimately had to buy my product online due to \out of stock\ in store, I will definitely be buying my future office supplies at Staples, Orangeville. Staples also had, in my opinion, the best online store and call-in customer service options.

I am extremely happy with the help I got from the tech support desk. I went in there thinking I had to send my computer in, because that is what I was told after going to the staples in Bolton. 2 gentlemen helped me. And it was a simple as some updates that had to be done. After changing my computer from a hard drive to an SSD drive I had been having a lot of issues. They fixed them all in a mater of minutes. Superb service. I believe Tyler was the one who helped me, and I can't remember the other persons name. But 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
