This place is horrible!! Owner treats employees badly that are not family! Most of her so called teachers are not even certified! The children are put last on her list! She will yell and scream! Do NOT bring your children here!!!!!!

Some of the teachers here are good but some, not so much. The center is run by a director who has family members teaching in some of the classrooms; the director caters to her family members who work there rather than the children and staff's needs. All of the family members park in the drop off spots at the school, which are literally labeled \Drop Off\ and are closest to the door. This is inconvenient when you have your baby in a car seat, which is super heavy and you have to park at the back of the parking lot. The infant room teachers had consistent turnover. We spoke with the director about our concerns, she said she had some issues with past teachers but it was resolved now. Then a week or two later, there was a new teacher in the infant room again. These teachers are never formally introduced so you literally walk in and have no idea who the person is that you're leaving your child with. Which leads to communications...and they are terrible here. As stated above, new teachers are not introduced, there's not an open door policy, and there are no newsletters anymore (I think there used to be). If your a couple of minutes late, the director strictly enforces late fees, almost as though she takes pleasure in it. Being late is stressful. We always dropped off later than our scheduled time (by 1.5 hours) so you would think there would be a 5 minute grace period, but there's not. When we gave 6 weeks notice, the director kept our deposit and didn't refund the overpayment amount. She has been extremely difficult to work with on this matter. We spent nearly 2 months trying to get the correct refund back. We're working with the Owner of the entire Orchard Hill complex regarding the refund and unfortunately, he has improper information from the director. So now, 2-months after giving what we thought was more than fair notice, we are still going back & forth with owner.
