Excellent vets, if I could give 10 stars I would. I can always get a same day consultation when it's needed. I've had to use the out of hours surgery as well and again the vet was so kind and understanding. Thank you Orchard House Vets.

My dog had passed at the vets and we asked for his colar and harnis back and we got nothing except his ashes all I think they want is there money it seemed like the could not be bothered to take care all they want is there money absolutely disgusting all we asked for is his colar and harnis never coming back to that vet again

The staff and Vets at your clinic are the best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment I walked in the door ( or in covid case standing in the car park ,I was helped by all the staff from receptionist, nurses and vets who are kind considerate and informative with any concerned my cocker spaniel Lelo who was a breeder on a puppy farm .I have had more than my fair share of bad experiences with her health 13 teeth removed , two abscesses and diagnosed pancreatitis and two long stays at the vets. I really appreciate the great care and compassion that was taken with Lelo from the start. What a relief to have found you wonderful people. I’m probably not much different than any other owners , being overly protective , and I love my Lelo incredibly and have no worries about any return visit. Thank you all doesn’t seem enough for all your time and care .

Really friendly and very attentive. Took My cat Lexi for her steroid injection yesterday 6/5/2020.great service came out to the car park and took her in and brought her back excellent advice

What an amazing friendly vet! we saw Simon out of hours with our Collie Bella. he was so professional and very understanding. If it was possible to give more stars they would be deserving of it. It's the first time we have used this surgery but it won't be the last thank you so much!
