Absolutely a 10. You all were so very caring for my situation. Thank you. I don't remember the names of who I spoke to, because of the stressful situation I am going through. The male who answered the phone call made it possible for me to get my Covid test asap because of my household situation. Even though there was no availability, he went through and fit me in anyways. The Dr. or consultant who I talked was very comforting. She asked about my household situation. She gave me a lot of great information. When I got emotional. She stayed very calm and was super comforting. The male who came out and preformed the test was very nice and easy going. Thank you. I had a great experience overall.

The place itself is very clean. The staff you're getting a 50/50 chance at good bedside manner. I got here 20 min early for my appointment, and still sat unattended for quite awhile. It wasn't very busy either. Also I got mixed up in my reasoning for an appointment and instead of being kind about the mishap the lady who checked my vitals was talking negatively very loudly outside my door. I just needed an allergy check up so I could go back to work.

The receptionist (Kylie maybe?), the nurse (Linda?), and Doctor (Jesse) were really kind and were very pleasant to interact with considering how unpleasant I felt. Definitely exceeded any expectations I had. Thank you!

Kimberly Pohlman was my provider and she is one of the best providers I’ve ever seen. I was in a car accident and was feeling some soreness and some foggy-headedness. She listened carefully to my symptoms, what I was experiencing, asking several key questions to rule things out, and then did a physical examination on me. I was in a fair bit of pain but she was very gentle and did her best to get me in a. position that was less painful. Kimberly gave detailed explanations of things I should do at home to speed up healing and reduce my pain. She answered all my questions, never talked down to me, treated me with respect and was very kind. I wish more doctors were like her.

Dr Oldsen was awesome as always! (It's my second interaction with him) he explained everything thoroughly and we didn't feel rushed at all. He made sure we didn't have any questions before we hung up on the video conference. I know how busy all of you are given what's going on. Everyone, from the lady I spoke to on the phone, to the doctor, to the gentleman that took our test at the car were excellent! They were ALL friendly and patient and helpful and it felt they truly cared! I can't say enough about your clinics employees! They are truly valuable amazing people. My test was negative but my daughters was positive . It meant the world to us to be treated with such care and concern by everyone there....from start to finish. Thank you
