I looked for a local company to supply me with a bespoke piece of glass and fixings for a staircase balustrade. Wow am I happy I found Origin. Nick & Natalie treated me as a very valued customer from the moment I went to their premises. They took time to understand what I wanted to achieve in my house, helped with the technical advice / building reg's. Nothing was too much. They got it dead right. I fitted the Glass today and it has given us exactly what we wanted to achieve. looks Fabulous. I think this is probably one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Only a small company but I feel they are very good. The price they quoted was extremely competitive. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who asks me. Great to have met you both Bill Greaves

Ordered an L shape balustrade 1200x1200 on 9/10 and paid 620. Then only received 1 tube 6m long a week later, nothing else. Staff lied about delivery and so rude. They asked proof for what they said in writing meanwhile they contacted you by phone. Please avoid this company at any cost!
