We stayed at Original White Hart at Ringwood for two nights in room 3, on our second night at approximately 9:00pm there was a leak in our room. The water was coming from the ceiling and fire detector above the bed dripping all over the bed and onto the bedroom floor. After altering a staff member it took over an hour to rectify in which we was told there were no room available for us to move too, so had to stay in the room with the leak in, the room smelt of damp. A very nice and helpful member of staff named Mark did his best to help resolve the issue, seen as though the manager was no where to be seen. Was offered a refund in the morning however the manager was extremely rude did not apologies or make eye contact at all.

We stayed at The Original White Hart at Ringwood for a little family break. We booked a family room for 2 nights. The building is stunning and the staff is super friendly. Our room was smallish but comfortable and clean. Although it was a little run down it only added to the authenticity of the Inn for we are talking about a building that is hundreds of years old. If you are planning to stay a lot in your room this Inn might not be the best choice for you. But if you are planning to be out and about exploring the wonders of Ringwood and the many beautiful places around it then this charming Inn is a perfect choice. You won't be able to sleep in though because it's quite noisy in the morning (our room was the no. 4, all our windows were facing the Market place which is probably the busiest place in town and life starts early in Ringwood.... Around 5-6am. But who wants to sleep in when you can spend the whole day at Moors Valley Country Park, right?). Our 5 year old loved everything about this Inn and so did we. Friendly welcome, lovely staff, good food, clean, soft beds. We didn't need anything else.

Nice little pub. Good parking at the rear. Staged in one of the courtyard rooms. Small but comfy. Have stayed here before and will again when in the area.

Quaint is the best choice. Comfortable bed, cosy room, but very small which is OK for us as we only use it as a base while we explore the area!

Staff were extremely helpful finding me something suitable to eat from the menu to accommodate my dairy intolerance. Basic pub food at a reasonable price and friendly service.
