Great friendly staff here ,The young man who assisted me was friendly and knew his stuff, wish I had gotten his name. They are never pushy here, I like that, they are there to help you. Good sized store with loads of parking.

Purchased a lap top and all required accessories and software here from Dom. Experience was prompt and efficient. Had a issue after the sale with not having the access keys for my purchased software. Visited this store in person and they quickly made this right by providing me with fresh access codes. It is nice to see that they cared enough to make things right for me. Will be returning to this store for additional purchases and recommending to others. Thank you.

I went to see if they were open to activate a phone as they were during the last time we were in the red zone, just not when we had the stay at home order and when I tried to ask a question the girl at the door just kept cutting me off instead of letting me finish. Very rude and unprofessional...it makes me not want to go to this best buy again and get my phone activated elsewhere.
