I contracted Buchanan in 2011 for a survey and was satisfied, and will be using them again in 2018 for an insurance renewal. They are quite busy at times, so you must contact them often to check the status of your project or discuss changes in advance. This is normal in the industry as surveys are individual custom documents/projects and require attention to detail - similar to home renovations.
I had contacted David with some questions regarding boating and surveyor work and was not even a paying customer. He answered everything promptly and was helpful.
I agrre 100% with previous review. On all levels....NOT enjoyable.... unless your vessel has never ran fuel or engines started or put in water DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....Hopin to save someone the same hassle i jus went through
