The team at Murray's office are amazing. Laurie Watt helped me get insurance coverage on a commercial building in short notice and helped me throughout the process with enthusiasm and punctuality. They were an integral part of the process in closing on time. Highly recommend!

My husband was looking to get a quote on house insurance. New rules state that if you are over 8kms from a fire station, they will not cover you. So if you live in the country, you can forget about them. We measured , and were 8kms on the button. They argued that if the fire department took a different route, it would be a greater distance. This was after the 8 page application, which was meant for a commercial applicant, not a home. We felt that they were looking for any reason not to carry us. They pick and choose who they cover. And we have never had a claim with any insurance company! Obviously business must be very good, to turn away good customers!

not very helpful, the last lady I spoke with was so ignorant to me... I do not recommend this Insurance Broker to anyone... they say superior insurance products but can't have my address and my mailing address, so my license doesn't match my insurance... worst customer service I have ever delt with, the ignorant lady has no people skills what so ever... in 20 years of driving I have never had such an ignorant person to deal with in my whole life... do not use these people for insurance...
