Just called to make an appointment for my grandmother and I and was refused service because she’s too old... before asking me ANY questions other than her age she told me she would need “specialized care”, my grandmother is in perfect health and just wanted a nice pedicure. I was honestly in shock. first place I’ve EVER encountered to do this. So insulting and quite honestly unprofessional.

Shayne takes so much pride in any services she provides any time I call her she is available for me. I love the pampering I get there for mani and pedi love the colours she chooses also get great compliments from my friends would highly recommend Shayne.
Shane is an awsome person she does awsome with my nails I have no complaints with her awsome job Shane.
They did a perfect job and took their time to make sure that I left with awesome looking nails. This was my first time here and would definitely go back ! For the work that was done and the price you won't find a better place to go in Orillia.
