I took my 100 year old Sessions clock for repair. Has been in the family since initial purchase, and had been repaired by various Great Uncles and cousins in a rather creative manner. This was a rather costly repair and Perfect Timing gave me the option of paying instalments. While I didn't make full use of this, I was impressed at being given the option. I now have a beautiful, fully functional family heirloom to pass along, thanks to the master clockmaker at Perfect Timing. What I appreciated most was the instruction provided upon pick up, so I can keep this beauty ticking and gonging the hours for many decades to come.

I've done business here a couple of times, and was always more than satisfied with the service, both to my watch and to myself as a customer. They take a craftman's care with my timepiece, and the attention to detail goes above and beyond. Not only did they do an excellent job, they even called a few days later to follow up and be sure that everything was going well. Highly recommend.

I have taken in my late Grandfather's watch twice to have it overhauled, and get new faces, bands etc. Each time I walked out with a brand new looking watch. I also have taken in a few watches at one point to see if any were worth bringing back to life. They told me the vintage Soviet made one was worth doing, so I did it, and could not be more pleased with the result. I have recently come across my grandfather's pocketwatch, and am heading back there soon to see if it is worthwhile fixing up (I think it was overwound?) and to see it's manufacturing date, which can only be found on the inside.
