Poly-B have been to my home twice. On both occasions the issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. The last visit was during Covid. As a senior, I appreciated the fact that they followed all Covid guidelines to the letter. I recommend them and will call them again w/o hesitation.

Excellent service from Jody (over the phone) and Scott in-person. Quick diagnosis of issues with two showers, and thorough overview and explanation of overall plumbing set up in our new house.
I Had Poly-B out to my small cottage project to price a rough-in for a bathroom and kitchen. The rooms are back to back and the walls were still open. I asked prior if they would do the job based on hourly time and materials which I prefer because at least you pay for exactly the time spent and materials used. The answer was No, but I went ahead and paid their 95 charge to prepare a quote anyway. My question is why wouldn’t a good company work hourly? Even if its 100-150 / hour? Then at least you know you are paying 800-1000 for a days work plus parts. Good pay for professional work. Does this not seem reasonable? Well, They quoted over 5000 plus HST for the job . The job would take a full day, heck let’s give them 2 days. Materials (ABS pipe and fittings and pex water pipe and miscellaneous) would likely be less than 500. Heck let’s say it’s 1000. You do the math ! Do your due diligence people, unfortunately this is not the only company that operates this way. Take your time if possible. You can find professionals to work for fair money.

Paul and his team at Poly-B Plumbing went above and beyond to assist an emergency plumbing situation at my son's home. Not only did he rush over after hours but worked through and spent almost all the next day to get everything fix correctly and professionally so my son was able to close the selling of their home on time. The new owners were very pleased as well to see a professional had done all of the work. We are so thankful to Paul and his team at Poly-B Plumbing. Hands down the best around.
