They spend more effort on radio advertising than customer service. I called and emailed multiple times to begin the process of switching all my insurance to a local broker. It took two emails and three phonecalls to reach a person rather than voicemail. I was told that a broker would get back to me within the week, but here I wait, 12 months and multiple call backs later. The excuses I were given range from \on vacation\ to \working down the list\. At no point has RJI reached out to me. Atrocious customer service.
