Obviously this salon does not want new customers. I wanted to book with them because of their good reviews but not receiving a return call to my message is unprofessional. Leads me to believe that the good reviews are from friends and family.

I haven’t been here, I called to set up an appointment, first I asked to see if they had an opening today but I’m really not in a rush. The lady who answered said they have no opening then hung up before I could ask about another day. Subpar customer service in my opinion.

I drive all the way up to Orillia for my pedicure. Vicki is the best pedicurist in the region. Highly recommend Vicki Nails! She is the nicest person too.
