I visited mid December just before close. The 2 women that helped me provided plenty of service and laughter. I purchased a fireplace key and was able to get my unit working. I have visited a few fireplace stores over the last year. Nobody helped me likely these ladies. Thank you!

I called looking for a gas valve a nice gentleman answered the phone took the model in serial number and said that he would get back to me. an hour or so later a person named Erin phoned back and said my gas valve was obsolete and I asked what was the difference between gas valve or manufacturers and instead of saying she didn't know. She said she wasn't going to take the time to figure it out and just hung up and blocked my calls. Wow so much for trying to support this company in my town. I even tried them after reading other negative reviews. No business sense or people skills.
Shores Fireplace just completed the job on my new fireplace. I want to give a shout out to Chad, Mike and Brett for all their hard work and attention to detail in completing this job. While scheduling the work was not the easiest process, I can say that thanks to the three of them, I will definitely be recommending them as I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. My new fireplace looks fabulous!
