Walked into this location ready to spend hundreds of dollars in shoes to find the workers ignoring me and helping other who seemed to fit the physical description of someone looking for sneakers. In other words I wasn’t wearing Jordan’s so I wasn’t helped. Unbelievable. I’ll order online from now on. Worst experience.

They will lie to you just to get the sale. I should've read the other reviews before buying here. They sold me woman's shoes because they didn't have men's my size. I didn't realize it until I got home and with their return policy being only 10 days I'm screwed. What's worse is that there isn't anything special here. They have the same shoes and same prices as any other shoe store so why not stand out by giving great customer service.

Customer service is awful, and shoe selection is below average. Their refund and return policy is a broken mess; I bought shoes from them, found out the shoes were the wrong size since the shoes kept slipping off (only wore them once). I went to return the shoes (within the return period), and didn't get any money back. Instead, they had me pay the difference with a more expensive pair of shoes. Basically the employees bother and nag you to buy something the entirety of the time you are browsing.

I need a pair of new slides because my feet hurt so during my Christmas shopping .I decided to stop in and see what they had the salesman sells me on a pair of sz 12 because the pair that I like is out of stock he tells me that they run small because I want a sz 11 and they don't have them so I go against my better judgement and take his word for it figuring. I could return them most stores have a return policy of thirty days not them just 10 days .I had the receipt the bag never worn them not this Frigen store they did not have a pair that I liked or would not give me store credit or order my sz feeling pressured to buy something so I could get my money back I tried several pairs of shoes liking only one asked for a sz 12.5 she came back with a sz 12 tryed them on felt a little tight but being pressured to buy something so I didn't lose the money I spent . I told them I'm not happy & will never buy anything from this business again (buyer beware) !!!!!!!
