Literally wish I could give ZERO stars. I would actually give negative stars if I could because of HOW TERRIBLE the BCBG girl was. Such an ignorant human being. She tried to make me feel bad about making a return, that was in perfect condition, all tags in tact and still within the return policy. I actually verified before purchasing what that policy was, as I was shopping for a piece for a wedding that I was unsure I would actually need. This employee (#71812928) told me I was outside the policy and that she could do nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager for clarity, as I knew this was a blatant lie, she explained she couldn’t get one for me. She then had to “restart her computer” (not even sure if this was necessary)...which I waited almost 15 minutes for it to reboot while she legitimately huffed and puffed and gave me attitude. First of all, if you don’t like or want your job, there are PLENTY Of other people who would take it in a minute, so be an adult or leave. SECOND...I went immediately to another location who processed my return without the unnecessary negativity, attitude, lies, or blatant waste of my time. Absolute DISGUST. Not sure why this employee chose to make my life hell for no reason at all, but I hope karma sure gives her hers. Never again. Legit, go to Nordstrom or something because if this is Macy’s standard, your wasting your time. Disgusting.

I've never been a big fan of BCBG but can now call it my new-found love! I was there over July 4th weekend and worked with AISTA. This girl is truly amazing! I have never seen a person pick out so many things I loved, nailing my style to a T each time. I had told one of the ladies that I was rotating between the same few clothing pieces in the last month and was looking to revamp my wardrobe. She forwarded me to Aista who welcomed me with a warm smile. Very intelligent and thoughtful girl. We spent a good 2 hours together and left with 6 new outfits I can proudly add to my closet!!! If you ever visit BCBG and want to make your time worthwhile, make sure to ask for Aista. Thank you again, girl!!!
