Manager was extremely helpful, as well as the staff working tonight. I was trying to order shoes online that for some reason wasn’t going through. When I came in, the store prices were different. He was extremely professional when helping me out to get all the shoes that I was looking for and wanted. At the end, I was able to get every shoe, for the price that I was originally suppose to get after he had took the proper steps to call the DM and see what they can do to best help me. They could’ve been rude to me considering I told them I wasn’t going to leave until I got all the shoes for the price that I wanted them for, lol. I appreciate how humble he was, his work ethic showed. He followed store policy and took the right steps in the direction of giving the customer the best customer service possible under my circumstances!

It’s was the worst customer service ever. The guy work there name Ivan is the worst ever. So mean and so rude. Couple people walked in after me they all walked out right away too. I asked for the different size to try in, he bought it out and just dropped it on the floor with the unhappy face. It’s like you begging him for the shoes . That was crazy .
Leeza was great and very helpful. She made my shopping experience enjoyable and made it a point to connect with the customers. I would definitely visit this location based on customer service alone.
The shoes are really nice but they don't really have much like they mostly have boots and heels.
