I have both sold and shopped at clothes mentor for many years now. I can proudly say the staff at this location is extremely helpful and always willing to stop what they’re doing so that you get the best experience! I bought a Louis Vuitton almost 2 years ago from here, and the girls told me all about how to treat the bag etc. It’s still in great condition really recommend coming here for your day to day needs as well as for luxury! Just recently they got a website and I love seeing the lives in real time to see what is in store even if I can’t make it in!

My cousin worked for this company, just so yall know employees will 100% give YOU a lower price if THEY want what you brought in. She bragged about how she gave this lady 10 for some designer purse, marked it as a brand that made it worth like 5, then bought it before her shift ended. Sell your things somplace else, they will do this to you.

Lol jealous employees won’t take anything if you bring in beautiful clothes. My girl came in with beautiful, in style clothes and they didn’t take nothing. Yet all their stuff inside is HIDEOUS, SMELLY, and old like the Stone Age. Hahaha, save your gas money and don’t get yourself dirty by going in this disgusting, filthy place.

That’s an amazing store with amazing employees. Starting with the current store manager she is Supper nice , professional always cheerful . I went to sell out some fall and winter jackets and some old navy brand gently used clothes. And the associate offered me 31.10 for a London fog long coat, Columbia jacket and a coach trench coat. And return all my old navy brand clothing saying they don't take old navy brand. But the website still mentions that they accepts old navy brand.
