Young individuals to cocky and instead of paying more attention on the customers that are there to buy, I really don't know what they were doing. Waited to long but after asking for help, got quick service but then they didn't hqve the shoe I wanted in my size. All around I would rate the experience as a C

waited 3 hours for some shoes that we ordered online. would not recommend ordering shoes from this store.
I walked into the store, all 3 associates were extremely helpful. I asked the female associate (didn't get her name) to find me a few different shoes in size 13. Big let down, as the size was unavailable for a few styles. She got busy with another customer while i was looking for other shoes. Another associate (didn't catch his name either) assisted me and informed me that the all black Adidas are available for online order. I informed the associate I will look around more and let him know once I am ready to complete the purchase. While I was searching for more shoes to size check, Kevin came out of the back and assisted in checking a few shoes in size 13. I was in shock on how professional and curtious Kevin was with other customers while helping me at the same time. I informed Kevin I need all black shoes for work, he did his best and informed me what is available. Unfortunately, none of the available shoes were my style. Kevin found me basketball shoes in my size and further assisted me in ordering the other pair to ship to my house. I recommend asking for Kevin to receive exceptional service. Will go back and buy shoes from Kevin! 4 stars for not having my size available in store.
