Excellent store with great staff. Clearance areas have incredible bargains. Online ordering gives you what you want when not on shelves. People must support these stores or they will be gone for good. Buying online will not give you the same experience then in-store. Fitting rooms are a convenience online will not provide. Jobs these stores provide are vital to many communities.

I’m not really the type that usually cares about stuff like this but this was in the boys section of JC Penny at Orland Square Mall. Besides it being awful to look at, I kinda feel this may be a safety issue. It looks like this can come down at any moment. Someone is clearly dropping the ball!

All of their lady sized rings were size 7. I truly don't know how they can stay in business! We were looking for a size 6 ring. My research suggest that the average women's finger size is between 5.5 & 6.5!

So back in September I ordered a mattress and box spring with a pretty high price tag but it was a promotion for 48 months (not that I needed it but I’ll take it). Due to covid I presume, I didn’t receive the mattress set until early December I believe. So I scheduled delivery for a Saturday 1-330p. They actually arrived at approx 757p thus tying up my whole day. I wish I could remember the name of the company but since JC Penney’s used them they can take the hit. They were unprofessional and wouldn’t remove old mattress set claiming in wasn’t in the order but considering how long I waited as a courtesy you would have thought they would do it. I blame the the sales lady who placed the order for me. A few days went buy and I called to complain about defective box spring and was originally told I would have to pay to send it back since it was after 48hrs but good sense prevailed and the agent did waive it. Here it is months later and I never heard from anyone to come and pick up box spring. Luckily it basically does what it’s supposed to but it’s still defective. I will never ever purchase a big ticket item from JC Penney again!!!! Also the sales lady failed to ring up as a promotion so interest was applied but I talked to a customer service agent and it was all corrected regarding the interest free promotion.

Came in looking to buy some jewelry for a special event recently. Walked around looking at cases and went to the case with a saleswoman behind it pointing at the jewelry with my SO talking about which ones I liked. The saleswoman couldn’t have cared less and played on her phone. When I was right infront of her and looked at the case for a moment she actually got up and moved to a whole different case! (No other customers by the case either) Let’s just say she lost my business and I went to Kay instead.
