I hadn't been to this K&G in a long while. Just bought a suit for my friend's wedding. Caught a great sale in a Perry Ellis Portfolio suit. I needed it altered within three days (which included Thanksgiving and Black Friday) and the tailors were very accommodating.

I made a purchase back in January, paid with a visa gift card (disposable) and my bank card. Made a return today, and the associate put the money back on the visa gift card. I told the manager the card no longer exists. The manager said to call visa and dispute it, nothing she can do for me. Called customer service and they said the same thing. Would have been nice for the cashier to ask which card to put it back on, this was her mistake. Very rude manager! Nothing but attitude! Buyer beware!!!! Hey K&G feedback, how about my refund.....
