The young lady was very helpful. She made sure to inform me of the current sale of which I took advantage. They have some really cute stuff.
Amazing prices and clothing. Even though i was just in the store for 15 minutes i still managed to get a last mintue Christmas present. I encourage everyone to visit this store for great clothing for women and especially that the prices is right.
No greeting when I entered the store. Poor customer service..it happens. So, I picked out two shirts. I see two sales associates and I was the only one in the store, neither one of them said a word to me. I even walked past one of them while she was grabbing clothes to put together an outfit for display. STILL no greeting, "Welcome to Loft", nothing.. I guess the clothes will buy themselves, so I tossed the tops on the table and left without purchasing.
I went in looking for one shirt could not find it at all and i was notified that it was sent out to an online order but the manager Manar said "i can check online" and she did and was able to find the exact shirt i wanted and she ordered it. She than helped me find pants and a sweater to go with it she was able to build three outfits for me and she helped other guests while still remembering to check on me and knew exactly what i needed but most of all she was honest if i needed a different size but what she was saying was correct and honest and she allowed me to fill comfortable without looking like a potato sack shes the best ! and shes always there hope to see her more often
Sales are pretty good, but wish they'd have more styles for older women.
Very up to date clothing for women. Orland mall close Macy's.
