The staff here is knowledge, helpful and get in tune with the customer's needs pretty quickly. I've been purchasing shoes from Howard for years. He remembers the exact shoes you like, your size and what purpose you use the shoes. He's expert at fitting and tops with service and follow through. Sounds a little crazy for a show store but he's been getting it right or he makes it right for the last 12 years for me.

Love the shoes but the salesperson was not so thrilled to help. Guess it was a burden to make a sale.. The other salesperson was sitting down and looked like he was ready to fall asleep. And there was no one else in the store. A little enthusiasm and interest in customers goes a long way.

Came in needing new Boots for a new job. And Jon was extremely helpful, and patient. I have one foot that's a full size bigger than the other. And he went really above and beyond to help me find a pair that had a size and width that would not lead to one foot have a shoe that's too loose fitting. Really impressed.

Ive been getting my work boots here for 6 years now. They always are very helpful and will even special order boots if they don't have them. If you need boots, spend a little more and save your feet the pain of cheap boots.

Awesome people in there knows his stuff and sold me two pairs so far. they are patient and kind wont push you into buying boots you dont like. First time he measured my feet and had me try 3 pairs. This last time he nailed it exactly what I wanted first pair
