I went to browse. I am a customer that enjoys the Torrid fashions. I usually visit the Orland Store where they are very courteous. However today there where 4 or more employees and no one ask if I need assistance. The fashions are hot as always but today you get 1star for customer service.

Worst customer service! Wouldn't let me try on under garment in the store told me to take it home try it on there and if I didn't like it or it didn't fit I could bring it back and I live a hour away. Made real sense. Why couldn't I just try on in store.
